Welcome to Lobo Mexicano® Mezcal. We are a pack committed to exploring the finest agave spirits, with the purpose of giving them a meaning that transcends the ephemeral. Our work is guided by a deep respect for nature and its rhythms. Every stage—from the careful selection and cultivation of the agaves to the ritual of distillation and bottling—is a celebration of the harmony between tradition and sustainability.
Our first three editions are a testament to the mastery of Maestro Cosme Hernández Martínez, heir to a Zapotec lineage spanning five generations dedicated to perfecting this art. From the enigmatic lands of San Baltazar Guelavila, in the heart of the Oaxacan Sierra, each of these editions reveals the hidden story of wild agaves and the unbreakable legacy of the Hernández Martínez family.
